    I have been working at MAERSK.

    Pros

    Empowerment is something very different here, employees are empowered to decide basing on what they are trained. It's also opportunities for people to expose, receive feedback and improve. It's the environment for continuous growth in each person. Everybody helps each other to live, work and develop together.

    Cons

    You need to be active and energetic enough to catch up the speed and adapt with this environment. It changes fast, so not suitable for conservative style.
